Murali Radhakrishnan serves as the Director of Pragnaa Shree Venture India Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in Labour Compliance, Industrial Relations, and HR Support Services. His professional journey reflects deep expertise in statutory compliance management, labour law advisory, and strategic HR consulting across diverse industry segments.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Madras and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Anna University, providing him with a strong academic foundation supported by comprehensive practical exposure.
Prior to establishing Pragnaa, Mr. Radhakrishnan held key Human Resources roles with leading organizations including HDFC Bank, Cholamandalam, and the Muthoot Group. His corporate experience has enabled him to develop a pragmatic understanding of organizational dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and compliance risk management.
As a first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Radhakrishnan is driven by a clear vision of building sustainable, compliant, and high-performance organizations. He believes in continuous growth as a fundamental principle—both for individuals and institutions—and consistently translates this philosophy into actionable strategies.
